• The organization/applicant has to download and submit the sponsorship application form with valid documents, proposal and related information to info@giftking.com.hk.
• The organization/applicant has to submit the application before 30 working days, if have not received email in 7 working days after application, the considered an unsuccessful.
• The organization/applicant has to submit the application form with screen capture of Giftking.com.hk Facebook Page liked.
• Giftking logo will be displayed on all promotional materials and channels.
• All sponsor artwork should approval by Giftking, after that will process your order.
• The organization/applicant has to share the event photo to Giftking for promotion or keep record.
• Sponsorship does not include delivery services.
• Successful applicants have to submit the artworks before 14 working days of the event and late submission will not be accepted.
• All sponsored products can be applied to the event venue as on this application form, Giftking reserves the right to reclaim for other commercial purposes.
• The approved sponsorship will be determined.
• Giftking reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or terminate this sponsorship requested at any time without prior notice.
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• In the event of dispute, the decision of Giftking should be final and conclusive.
