Responsibilities::
• Assist sales force to ensure that all sales activities timely and effective manner.
• Coordination with vendors / suppliers, and between the internal, to ensure that production and shipments are on the right track.
• assist cost and price negotiations.
• Check samples and ensure delivery to the customer time and follow up the approval status of the sample.
• provide professional services to customers, and to help customers to resolve complaints, respond to requests and   queries.
• manage customer orders and change requests in coordination with the parties to ensure that the customer's request timely and accurate manner.


Requirements: 
• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good telephone manner, polite, active, hard-working
• maturity and good communication skills
• Good English and Mandarin
• proficiency in computer applications MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing




Responsibilities:

• Work aggressively to explore new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain close relationship with direct clients.
• Achieve sales target by identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Handle the related sales and administration job.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and respond tactfully to customers’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Manage customer order change requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
• DSE or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experiences
• Good telephone manner, polite, proactive and hard-working
• Mature and with excellent communication skills
• Good command of both spoken English and Madarin

• Customer oriented and self-motivated
